Request reproductions in writing by filling out a Photo Order Form available on the Order and Permission Forms page. We do not accept telephone orders.
Each Image Reproduction Order Form must be accompanied by an Application for Permission Form. Please complete an Permissions Form: Still Images, Records and Documents available on the Order and Permission Forms page.
Archives staff will let you know how much your reproductions will cost.
You must prepay for copies by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, or American Express), cheque or money order. If you are on site, you may pay by cash or debit card.
Do not send credit card information by email: our website is not secure.
Please Note: We reserve the right to refuse to reproduce a visual record if the request could result in damage to the item, breach of copyright, or infringement of any donor-applied restrictions.
