The Royal B.C. Museum is the main provincial repository for archaeological materials. It has the largest collection of First Nations archaeological material from British Columbia.
The collection contains over 192,000 artifacts. Most of these are related to First Nations history, with less than 1% being restricted to Euro-American history.
