Joan Kerik has been a Collection Manager at the Royal British Columbia Museum since 1989. She is responsible for maintaining the fossil collection as well as sharing duties in the herbarium. Joan worked previously at the University of Victoria Herbarium (UVIC), and the Provincial Museum of Alberta Herbarium (PMAE). Her interests include gardening, especially design. Other interests include watching birds and insects, especially dragonflies.
