Through these
activities students learn about the natural history of the songbirds
of British Columbia, the status of songbird populations, factors that
contribute to songbird numbers, and what they can do to help dwindling
populations. They also learn about their own connections to the natural
environment and what they can do to protect the environment and promote
biological diversity.
