The Tipping Point

The heart of the Royal BC Museum lies in its collections and the research opportunities that they provide. We develop, protect and interpret a wide range of provincially-significant artifacts and specimens for future generations.

Limited space, aging facilities and outdated technologies are limiting our ability to care for these precious items. Furthermore, our collections are continually expanding, so more space is needed to protect and display countless items. We have reached the tipping point.
