Visitor Dialogue

It takes two people to have a conversation and we would like to hear from you. Tell us what you love about your provincial museum and archives and why it is important that the Royal BC Museums moves forward for the next generations of British Columbians.

In March and October of this year we held our Public Open Houses and on November 10th, 2010 we made our second formal presentation and held a Community Information Session for the James Bay Neighbourhood Association. We anticipate the final stages of this project will occur early in 2011: readings of the zoning bylaw which have been prepared and will be presented by the City of Victoria Planning Department and the public hearings before Victoria City Council where members of the community will provide their perspective.

We are excited about what the future holds for the Royal BC Museum, and hope you are too! As you browse these webpages to learn about the vision behind this project, please take a moment to share your feedback with the Royal BC Museum team.
