The December Rundown at the Royal BC Museum and IMAX® Victoria

Royal BC Museum programming and events include:
Enjoy an Old-Fashioned Christmas at Helmcken House on December 16, 17 and 23 to 31, from 12 to 2 pm. Step through the doors of the oldest house in British Columbia still on its original site and experience what Christmas was like in Victoria more than 100 years ago. Included with museum admission or membership, or by donation.
Attend Live and Lunch on December 13. Learn about silk, lace and pearls from Royal BC Museum’s textile conservator Emma Marentette as she discusses the findings of her research into a 17th century mummified girl’s burial ensemble.
Join the Natural History Tour on December 12 and 19 at 2 pm. Pop in for a 30 minute guided tour and uncover some of the highlights and hidden gems of the Natural History Gallery.
Listen to the Pandora Chorus perform on December 9 at 3 pm in the museum lobby. The Pandora Chorus is an indie pop rock choir who will be singing songs from Billie Eilish to Bruce Cockburn.
