The New Year is a great time to make a resolution to slow down and what better way to do that than to put away your Smartphone, sit down and write a letter at our letter writing booth. We provide the paper, pens, envelopes and even the stamps. Who knows, the letter you write could one day become part of our future archives.

A Sense of Self Pop-Up Exhibit

Join students from Esquimalt High School as they present a pop-up exhibit in Century Hall focusing on youth experience and identity. How do stories contribute to one's sense of identity? What does fashion reveal about one's identity? How do museums connect generations?

Meet and exchange ideas about collective identity, read letters written by Esquimalt students to future high students students, and hear recorded interviews about identity to find out what matters to youth today.
