Mark Egger is Research Associate at the Burke Museum of Natural History in Seattle and a retired public school Science teacher. Mark has studied the genus Castilleja, or Indian Paintbrushes, for almost 35 years and has traveled extensively throughout North America, Mexico, and Central and South America in his research.
