Meet your instructor:

Natalie Wright (she/her)

Upon taking her first class about 20 years ago, Natalie became hooked on yoga in all its forms. Excited and intrigued by teaching training, she started her yoga journey with Moksha Yoga which evolved into a love for vinyasa (flow) yoga. Meeting Ryan Leier and studying with him opened the door to understanding the depth of beauty of the practice even more. Now having taught for 15 years and studied with many amazing teachers, Natalie tries to infuse each class with breath, joy, a sense of presence, and hopefully the ability to surprise yourself. Yoga offers a place for self discovery and self awareness which she hopes to facilitate as you move through the practice. As a student foremost, she bows to all her teachers, and works to always have a beginner's mind by learning both on and off the mat.
