Forest Sound Experience

Step into the museum’s immersive forest diorama for a restorative sound experience. In this domed room, you enter the magnificent coastal forest of British Columbia—a unique setting that invites a serene and calming atmosphere. During this 30-minute session, you’ll be guided through a journey of sound and song designed to encourage stillness.

Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or any props that help you feel supported. All experience levels are welcome to join this invitation to slow down and reconnect with both your inner rhythm and the natural world around you.

This session is part of our larger Mindfulness at the Museum series, which offers a variety of ways to pause, reflect, and connect with the galleries through guided and self-directed activities.
