Provocation Pack Late and Damage Fees

Late Fees

• If you fail to return the pack on time your school will be invoiced $50 per week that the pack is overdue. There are limited numbers of packs available and other teachers may be inconvenienced if you do not return the pack on time.
• Any outstanding invoices will result in your school not being allowed to book visits or other outreach materials until the balance is paid.

Damage/ Replacement Fees

• If the pack arrives damaged or is damaged while you’re using it, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us: we expect some wear and tear, and we can attend to it better if you let us know. If it is determined that the pack was damaged willfully, the cost of repairs will be assessed and discussed with your school.
• If you do not return the pack, your school will be invoiced the full replacement cost of the pack, $500.
